Description
In One Piece ENEL might have one of the most TERRIFYING Devil Fruit Awakenings imaginable, because if this guy ever learns how to awaken the GORO GORO NO MI, he could potentially turn the ENTIRE SKY into a weapon, and the scariest part is that he was already capable of destroying islands WITHOUT one. Now obviously Enel hasn't actually awakened his Devil Fruit in the manga, so we're going to CREATE an original Awakening based on what his powers can already do, and trust me, this could be absolutely RIDICULOUS. Remember, Enel was the self-proclaimed GOD of Skypiea, possessing a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create, control and transform his entire body into LIGHTNING. This guy could discharge up to TWO HUNDRED MILLION VOLTS, travel through conductive materials, restart his own heart and even combine his electrical abilities with Observation Haki to detect people across enormous distances. And when he built the flying ship MAXIM, he used its machinery to produce an enormous thundercloud called DEATHPIEA, allowing him to create lightning attacks powerful enough to wipe entire islands off the map. But here's where things get REALLY interesting, because that destruction required Enel to rely on an external machine, so what if awakening his Devil Fruit allowed him to reproduce something similar WITHOUT the Maxim? My original idea is an Awakening called HEAVEN'S CIRCUIT, where instead of simply producing electricity from his own body, Enel becomes capable of charging the entire ATMOSPHERE around him, creating a massive network of electrically charged storm clouds that continuously generate lightning. Now imagine trying to fight Enel while the sky above you is basically one enormous ELECTRICAL GRID, because he wouldn't even need to point his fingers at somebody to attack them anymore.
