Service Purpose

YTUnity may provide creator profiles, video and channel discovery, account-backed tools, public pages, saved work, creator submissions, links, community features, and connected-service features. The exact features available may change as the service is improved, reorganized, limited, or expanded.

Accounts And Access

YTUnity uses the shared SpiderTaz Network identity system for account access. YTUnity-specific records may store local profile, creator, video, channel, preference, activity, or access information tied to that shared user identity.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, using accurate information, and keeping submitted materials lawful, safe, and authorized for use.

User Content

You keep ownership of the content, names, images, links, profiles, videos, channels, text, and other materials you submit or connect, subject to any rights held by third parties.

By submitting, linking, importing, or connecting content, you grant YTUnity permission to host, store, display, format, organize, index, reproduce, promote, and use that material as needed to operate, protect, improve, and present YTUnity.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit, connect, or ask YTUnity to display.

Public Profiles And Listings

Information submitted for public display may appear on profiles, listings, feeds, search pages, channel pages, video pages, promotional areas, or other public YTUnity surfaces. Do not submit private or sensitive information that you do not want displayed publicly.

Connected Video Services

YTUnity may connect to YouTube, Google, or other video-related services to retrieve channel, profile, video, or public metadata when authorized. YTUnity does not own those third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, policies, ranking systems, account decisions, or content rules.

Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, YTUnity does not upload, delete, edit, or manage third-party video content on your behalf.

No Artificial Engagement

YTUnity does not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, sponsorships, ranking positions, viral reach, third-party algorithm results, or financial outcomes. You may not use YTUnity to create fake engagement, misleading metrics, spam, impersonation, manipulation, or unauthorized promotion.

Acceptable Use

• Do not access accounts, data, dashboards, files, payment systems, or tools without authorization.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, malicious, adult, exploitative, or spam content.
• Do not scrape, clone, harvest, mirror, overload, reverse engineer, or copy YTUnity systems for competing or abusive use.
• Do not interfere with security, sessions, connected-service access, reporting, moderation, billing, or normal operation.
• Do not use automation in a way that harms YTUnity, other users, third-party services, or the SpiderTaz Network.

Moderation And Service Changes

YTUnity may approve, deny, edit, hide, remove, restrict, suspend, reorganize, downgrade, upgrade, redesign, monetize, or discontinue accounts, profiles, listings, uploads, links, posts, tools, or services when needed for safety, quality, law, abuse prevention, business operation, or user protection.

Third-Party Content

YTUnity may display, link to, embed, summarize, organize, or route users toward third-party content and services. Third-party creators, services, websites, payment providers, and platforms are responsible for their own content, policies, accounts, availability, claims, and disputes.

Intellectual Property

YTUnity branding, design, page structure, software, organization, features, databases, workflows, and presentation are protected. Limited personal use of YTUnity is allowed. Copying, cloning, republishing, scraping, resale, or commercial reuse requires written permission unless otherwise allowed by law.

Availability And Risk

YTUnity is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may be interrupted, changed, delayed, limited, removed, or unavailable. You use YTUnity at your own risk and are responsible for backing up information that matters to you.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTUnity, SpiderTaz Network, and related parties are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost revenue, lost opportunity, lost data, account-related, third-party, reputational, technical, or business damages arising from use of YTUnity.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YTUnity, SpiderTaz Network, and related parties from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of YTUnity, your submitted content, your connected accounts, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another party's rights.
