1. Platform Purpose

YTUnity Creator Network provides creator accounts, public creator profiles, profile image and banner uploads, video pages, YouTube connection tools, discovery features, and creator-promotion services intended to help channels of all levels build visibility.

2. Creator Accounts, Ownership, and Submitted Information

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to any profile details, images, links, videos, descriptions, thumbnails, usernames, or other materials submitted to YTUnity.

Creators keep ownership of their names, brands, channels, videos, links, images, audience relationships, and communities. YTUnity does not claim ownership of a creator's identity, channel, brand, or third-party content.

By submitting information or media, you grant YTUnity a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, format, reproduce, promote, index, organize, and use that material only in connection with operating, protecting, improving, and promoting the platform and the creator profile features.

3. YouTube and Google Integration

YTUnity may allow users to connect a Google account and YouTube channel through OAuth. This access is used only for read-only retrieval of public channel and video metadata for creator features.

YTUnity does not upload, delete, edit, or manage YouTube content on behalf of users. Use of Google account integration is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions, Promotion, and Results

YTUnity may offer free and paid creator features. Paid access may increase publishing capacity, profile tools, or platform placement opportunities, but YTUnity does not guarantee revenue, views, subscribers, sponsorships, platform rankings, third-party algorithm results, or specific financial outcomes.

5. Prohibited Use

• Unauthorized access to accounts, dashboards, databases, admin areas, payment systems, or creator tools
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, malicious, impersonation, spam, or abusive content
• Scraping, cloning, harvesting, mirroring, reverse engineering, or copying platform systems for competing use
• Abusing subscriptions, creator features, upload systems, OAuth systems, security controls, or support channels
• Using bots or automation in a way that overloads, harms, extracts, or abuses YTUnity

6. Platform Changes and Moderation

YTUnity may approve, deny, edit, hide, remove, restrict, suspend, reorganize, downgrade, upgrade, monetize, redesign, or discontinue accounts, profiles, uploads, links, videos, listings, placements, tools, or services where needed for platform operation, quality, safety, business needs, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

7. Intellectual Property

YTUnity names, branding, layouts, systems, page structures, creator tools, organization, design, software, and platform presentation are protected. Limited personal viewing and approved creator use are allowed. Any other copying, cloning, republishing, scraping, or commercial reuse requires written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

YTUnity may link to or integrate with YouTube, Google, PayPal, Twitch, hosting providers, external creator links, embedded media, analytics, and other third-party services. Third-party services are controlled by their own providers, and YTUnity is not responsible for their actions, policies, outages, prices, accounts, or disputes.

9. No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability

YTUnity is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTUnity and related parties are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, lost revenue, lost opportunity, technical, account-related, third-party, reputational, or other damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes and Contact

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of YTUnity.com after updates means acceptance of the current Terms. Questions may be submitted through the contact methods made available on YTUnity.com.
