Aang Helps Metal Benders Save Toph... But It's Too Late - Toph Makes Her Parents Get Divorced... #AvatarTheLastAirbender #Avatar #ATLA #comics #shorts In Avatar the Last Airbender, Toph’s Metal Bending Students have FINALLY arrived to save her from a collapsed Iron Mine as they use their bending to lift massive chunks of ore from the cavern up and away, however suddenly they look down and see a FACE… well, more like a Mask, but what is this giant Iron Mask even doing here? Aang IMMEDIATELY recognizes it as the mask of the Spirit General that promised to destroy this town in his vision, as he doesn’t have much time to really react before Toph’s students tell him that they need his help, because even though Aang can’t metal bend, they need him to use his earth bending to make sure that the leftover dirt and earth doesn’t collapse ontop of everyone once they pull out this last piece of Iron, so right there with one last push EVERYONE works together to clear the entry into the mine, as feeling the sun for the first time in hours Toph lets out a thumbs up towards her students saying Not Bad as she passes out into her father’s arms, and slowly we see everyone starting to climb out of the cave as Aang’s air acolytes start to do first aid on whoever they can, while Aang and Katara share a passionate kiss since they didn’t know if they’d ever see eachother again. Off on the sides, Toph’s students comment on how she STILL hasn’t woken up because she’s so exhausted, as Hotun says that he can’t believe how small and fragile Toph looks right now because usually she’s so terrifying,..
