Kenpachi Zaraki Explained #Shorts #Bleach #Manga #Bankai #TYBW #BleachTYBWPart4 #BleachTYBW #Anime #Ichigo #Espada #Ichigo #Quincy It’s time to talk about one of the COOLEST characters in Bleach in my opinion and of course that would be the Captain of Squad 11, Kenpachi Zaraki, who entered our series back when Ichigo and his friends invaded the soul society to try and save Rukia. Now Kenpachi is a LARGE muscular man who has a slightly ragged appearance paired with spikey hair that has bells on the tips to give his opponents a little bit of an advantage when he’s fighting them because Kenpachi LOVES a thrilling battle, however under the surface where he comes off entirely like a blood thirsty man who only cares about battle, is a guy who still has moments of honor and pride which is part of why he’s so loved by the fandom. Now Kenpachi grew up in the Zaraki district where he had a rough upcoming that caused him to be CONSTANTLY battling and killing others just to prove himself and also of course for his own survival, but eventually he not only survived a battle against Captain Unohana who ALSO had the title of Kenpachi, but even managed to become a full fledged soul reaper by stealing the Zanpakutou of a dead Shinigami and FORCING it to be his, as he spends most of the series unable to release his sword into Shikai or Bankai, but that STILL didn’t stop him from defeating the PREVIOUS Captain of Squad 11 so that he could take their place, and doesn’t stop him from being mostly dominant despite a few obstacles in most of his battles. This is because Kenpachi has RIDICULOUS spiritual pressure which sometimes even manifests little skulls within it like his aura is death itself, and things only get WORSE when he takes off his eyepatch, because that Eyepatch is ONLY on his face to seal away enough power to give his opponents a CHANCE, however once he manages to face his demons due to the events of the Thousand Year Blood War, we saw Kenpachi FINALLY awakening the first release or SHIKAI for his sword Nozarashi, which changes it DRASTICALLY. Nozarashi transforms Kenpachi’s sword into a BIG Cleaver like blade with a handle similar to Ichigo’s Shikai for Zangetsu, however Kenpachi’s has a few ornaments and tassels on the top and again, is just way bigger.
