Tendon Pain: When To Load It And When To Rest

The Movement Underground Short 2 days ago

Description

Tendon pain doesn't always mean you need to stop training. But pushing through every symptom isn't the answer either.

Persistent tendon pain often responds to carefully managed, progressive loading.
The key is knowing when to adjust the workload and when symptoms call for medical evaluation.

A sudden pop, immediate weakness, or significant swelling is not something to train through.

I want athletes building tendon capacity progressively, not bouncing between complete rest and doing too much.
