Why I Still Use Manual Therapy After 20 Years

Description

I don’t use manual therapy just to make someone feel better for 20 minutes.
I use that time to understand the athlete in front of me.
Their fears, concerns, or obstacles they face in their process.

What changed since the last session?
What’s improving?
What’s still limiting them?
What needs to change in the plan?

Hands-on treatment gives me an opportunity to connect, gather information, and help the athlete feel better while we figure out the next step, or how we adjust their plan, if at all.

The treatment matters.
The conversation, collaboration, and connection to the overall process matter far more.
