Ingredients
Sweet Potato (Shakarkandi): 125g (peeled and grated)
Full Cream Milk: 500 ml
Desi Ghee: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 2 tbsp (adjust to taste, sweet potato adds natural sweetness)
Green Cardamom Powder: 1/4 tsp
Chopped Almonds: 5-6
Saffron (Kesar): 9-10 strands soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk
sliced pista for garnishing
