Malnutrition is a long-standing crisis across the Democratic Republic of Congo. Although the eastern region is known for its fertile ground, the ongoing conflict makes it difficult for communities to access some fields and rivers. Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is working to treat families who have limited access to resources and those who are left vulnerable to the environmental impacts of the armed conflict.
