This class combines Yin Yoga & alternates between deep detoxifying poses and balancing twists to bring up all the emotional debris and allow you to move through your inner rollercoaster through a five-step process. The wide array of introspective poses facilitate an emotional feedback loop as you face and embrace all that is lingering subconsciously and squeeze and digest all that has been brewing inside, - to finally make space and rewire the brain and identify the emotional trigger and the belief system behind it. The closing visualization takes you back into your sacred space, lighter and at peace.
