this video is purely for us girls and I am hoping it will be helpful! These are just some of the things I do and don't do each month and WHY, that have significantly changed my bleeds for the better.
Learning about TCM and prioritising keeping my womb warm, avoiding tampons and pads and opting instead for non-toxic period panties and/or free bleeding (also WTF even is free bleeding haha!?) don't worry I explain it all!
I'd LOVE to hear some of your period protocols and together we can make this a really informative list of different practices that are helpful and healing for us women at that time of the month!
