Onshape CAD Challenge 1.20 — Final Level 1 Challenge!
Good evening friends! This is Manas Patnayak, your friend and tutor.
In today's class, we are going to create this challenging 3D CAD model in Onshape step by step, starting from the Top Plane and building the complete model using sketches, dimensions, tangent geometry, mirror, and extrusion.
This is the last CAD model of Level 1 in our Onshape CAD Challenge series.
We will cover:
🔹 Creating concentric circles with 110 mm and 32 mm diameters
🔹 Extruding the base by 10 mm
🔹 Creating the U-shaped profiles
🔹 Using Tangent constraints
🔹 Trimming unwanted geometry
🔹 Creating construction geometry
🔹 Using the Mirror command
🔹 Creating multiple 20 mm extrusions
🔹 Checking the final 3D model
🔹 Measuring the final volume in Onshape
At the end, we also check the volume of the completed model.
