2 lbs 80/20 ground beef divide into 6 balls
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Few dashes of Maggi Jugo
For Maggi Grilled Onions & Jalapeños
2 large white onions, sliced
6 jalapeños, sliced into strips or rounds
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp bacon grease
1½ tbsp Maggi Jugo
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
Toppings
6 slices American cheese
Shredded Queso Oaxaca
6 slices deli ham
12 slices bacon
2 tomatoes, sliced
Shredded lettuce
Pickled jalapeños
Avocado slices
6 sesame seed buns
Condiments
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Ketchup

Instructions
1. Cook the bacon over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving some of the bacon grease in the pan.
2. Add the butter to the bacon grease, then add the sliced onions and jalapeños. Cook until softened and caramelized. Stir in the Maggi Jugo, garlic powder, and black pepper. Continue cooking for another 2–3 minutes until everything is well coated and flavorful.
3. Season the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and a few dashes of Maggi Jugo. Divide into burger portions.
4. Heat a griddle over high heat. Smash the burger patties until thin and cook until nicely browned. Flip, then top with a slice of American cheese and a generous amount of Oaxaca cheese. Cover briefly to melt the cheese.
5. On the same griddle, warm the ham and hot dogs until lightly browned. Toast the sesame seed buns until golden.
6. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise and mustard on the buns. Add the cheesy burger patty, followed by the ham, hot dogs, crispy bacon, Maggi caramelized onions and jalapeños, tomato, avocado, shredded lettuce, pickled jalapeños, and a drizzle of ketchup.
