For the banana cake
* 1½ cups all-purpose flour
* ½ cup packed light brown sugar
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp baking soda
* ½ tsp ground cinnamon
* ½ tsp salt
* 2 very ripe bananas
* 2 large eggs, room temperature
* ⅓ cup oil
* ⅓ cup sour cream, room temperature
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
For the flan
* ¾ can sweetened condensed milk
* 1 can evaporated milk (12 fl oz)
* 4 oz soften cream cheese
* 4 large eggs
* 1 tsp banana extract
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt
