🚨 639,000 Americans SURVEILLED By Jack Smith 🚨
Jack Smith told Congress, “My office didn’t spy on anyone.” A new Senate Judiciary memo from Chuck Grassley says his Arctic Frost investigation obtained spreadsheets with the personal data of at least 639,000 Americans, including more than 148,000 small-dollar donors. The columns include names, dates of birth, home addresses, email addresses, party registration, employers, donation amounts, and credit card information. The Washington Times reports the DOJ also obtained sales records on red MAGA hats, down to individual buyers and their shipping addresses.
Arctic Frost started in 2022 with a narrow mandate: January 6 and the Mar-a-Lago documents. Four years later, whistleblowers are the only reason we know how far it went. In this video I walk through what’s in the Grassley memo, Smith’s answer under oath, why a 2005 donation has nothing to do with 2020, and the pattern that goes back to the Rick Renzi case, where Jack Smith’s Public Integrity Section was caught wiretapping a defense attorney and withholding evidence.
Then the part that should bother everybody: the same morning, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency accused the nine largest U.S. banks of debanking customers over their political views. JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, Capital One, PNC Bank, TD Bank, and BMO Bank all had policies between 2020 and 2025 that could get a lawful customer’s bank account closed for the views they hold. The government had the list. The banks had the policy.
If you’ve ever made a small political donation, your name may be in a file somewhere. The question is who built it, and what stops the next administration from doing the same thing.
