🚨 Abdul El-Sayed's Worst Nightmare: Even NBC Turns Against Him 🚨
Sunday on Meet the Press, Kristen Welker asked Abdul El-Sayed whether he or his family have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. He said "No." Wednesday on NBC Nightly News, Tom Llamas read him his own half-sister's tweets: "Had an amazing talk with my mom about her activism in the Muslim Brotherhood during the early '70s," "My family has long been MB," and "Praying for all my family that supports the MB in Egypt." El-Sayed's answer: "You want to ask me about what was happening in Egypt in 1970? Are you serious?" Then: "Are you insinuating that somehow I was lying?" Llamas: "I don't know. That's why I'm asking you."
The Michigan Senate race against Mike Rogers could decide control of the Senate, and this isn't the first time El-Sayed's record and his own words don't match. The full breakdown:
