🚨 Press Conference FAIL: El-Sayed's Problems Just Got WORSE 🚨
CBS News just published deleted social media posts from Abdul El-Sayed, the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in Michigan, about the September 11 attacks — including one posted on September 11, 2021, the 20th anniversary. In this video I read the posts in full, explain why the timing matters, and break down the defense his allies rolled out within hours.
The Michigan Senate race between Abdul El-Sayed and Republican Rep. Mike Rogers is one of the races most likely to decide control of the Senate in the 2026 midterm elections. El-Sayed narrowly defeated Rep. Haley Stevens in the Democratic primary, and CNN's KFile has since reported that roughly 100 of his previously public YouTube videos were made private, along with deleted posts on defunding the police.
The video also covers the Democratic split on trade policy. At the same press conference, El-Sayed attacked the expansion of the trade war with Canada and the cost of imported goods for Michigan families. Days earlier, Gavin Newsom was asked directly whether a Democratic administration would reverse the tariffs — and said he could not guarantee it, noting that the Biden administration kept much of Trump's tariff policy in place, particularly on China. Two of the party's biggest voices, two different positions on tariffs, trade, and the manufacturing economy.
