Ingredients
For the Chicken
6 thin-sliced chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness
3 large jalapeños, halved lengthwise and deseeded
12 slices bacon
7.5 oz whipped garlic & herb cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Oaxaca or mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Oaxaca cheese, and bacon bits until well mixed.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and set aside.
2. Season both sides of the thin-sliced, pounded chicken breasts with the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place a stuffed jalapeño half in the center of each chicken breast. Wrap the chicken around the jalapeño, completely enclosing the filling.
4. Wrap each chicken bundle with 2 slices of bacon, making sure the seam side is facing down.
5. Place the chicken on the air fryer rack of your Midea Flexify™ Pro French Door Air Fryer Oven.
6. Set the oven to Air Fry Mode at 400°F and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
If you’d like the bacon extra crispy, air fry for an additional 2–3 minutes.
7. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
8. Serve and enjoy that crispy bacon, juicy chicken, and creamy jalapeño popper filling with a side of roasted vegetables and Mexican white rice!
