Today is World Mental Health Day 2025, and I wanted to share something real.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been on one of the biggest adventures of my life, driving across Europe with my family, something that felt impossible a few years ago because of anxiety. I faced a lot of fear on that trip, but the truth is, I’ve probably struggled even more since getting home.

That’s the reality of living with anxiety and mental health challenges; it doesn’t just vanish when the big moments are over. Some days are steady, and others hit you out of nowhere.

In this short video, I talk about my own journey, what I’ve learned, and why you’re never truly alone, no matter where you are in your recovery. There’s always someone who understands what you’re going through.

Whether you’re just starting to face your anxiety, or you’ve been on this road for years, I hope this video reminds you that you’re stronger than you think, and that progress isn’t always a straight line.
