In this video Stonnie walks an adolescent English Cream Golden Retriever and explains that formal training sessions are only the first step. We master our exercises in low-distraction environments, then deliberately lower our performance expectations as we move into higher-distraction settings. Master one level, move to the next, and keep adjusting your standards as you go.
Reliability is built by progressive exposure, not by expecting the same performance everywhere.
