Description
Lucky the Pit Bull showed up with severe hot-water scalding down his back—physical scars you can see and emotional ones you can’t. In this real kennel session Stonnie is working with Lucky using the same high activity level, outdoor, Montessori system he uses for every client. The only difference is that when working to resolve problems we have to be more patient, more understanding, and be willing to work just a little bit harder.
The goal isn’t perfect obedience; it’s dissipating that over-excited energy through movement and interesting work until Lucky can be trusted off-leash.
People often think Stonnie doesn't like Pit Bulls, or Pit Bull Crosses. The truth is he likes them just fine when the people managing them understand the breed and act accordingly.
