The James Beard Foundation's "Taste America" event is coming back to Seattle on Sunday.
The event will feature some of the best chefs across the state, including local chef Ethan Stowell.
Stowell is a James Beard Award Nominee chef with more than 20 restaurants across the greater Seattle area.
Stowell joined ARC Seattle host Holly Menino in the ARC lounge to discuss Seattle's rich food culture and give a sample of what cuisines attendees can expect!
