Description
If you are a hockey goalie and your season has just ended, here's what to do.
Most goalies either shut everything down or jump straight into heavy lifting and conditioning. Both approaches stall development.
In this video, I break down what the first 2–3 weeks of your off-season should actually focus on if you want to:
- Build real strength
- Improve hip function
- Develop power later in the summer
- Avoid being the same goalie next year
This applies to minor hockey, junior, college, and serious adult goalies.
👇 If you’re unsure what phase of training you should be in right now, comment “OFF-SEASON” and I’ll point you in the right direction.
