Real-World Use

For this review, I spent some time using the different positions on the Sven & Son Harmony Adjustable Bed Base and seeing which ones I enjoyed most for relaxing.

The biggest advantage of an adjustable base like this is being able to independently control the head and foot sections. The head can lift up to 75 degrees while the foot section can reach up to 45 degrees, giving you a lot more positioning options than a traditional flat bed frame.

One of my favorite settings is Zero Gravity. With both my upper body and legs elevated, it creates a really comfortable position when I just want to lie back and relax after a long day.

There's also additional head tilting, which gives you another level of adjustment beyond simply raising the entire upper section of the bed.

The built-in massage function is another feature that makes the Harmony feel like more than a standard adjustable frame. Having different massage options available while I'm already relaxing in bed is a nice addition.

Everything is controlled through the included remote, which also gives you quick access to presets like Zero Gravity and Anti-Snore. You can save preferred positions using the memory controls rather than trying to recreate the same angles every time.

I also like some of the smaller convenience features Sven & Son included. There are USB ports built into the bed, so you can keep compatible devices charging nearby, and the under-bed lighting provides a soft light without having to turn on the main bedroom lights.

The adjustable legs are another useful feature because they give you some flexibility with the overall height of the bed. There's also a mattress retention system designed to help keep the mattress positioned correctly as the base moves.

Sven & Son also offers the Harmony as part of mattress bundles with gel-infused memory foam mattresses, giving you the option of pairing the adjustable frame with a mattress designed to flex along with it.

Overall, if you're looking to move beyond a traditional flat bed frame and want features like independent head and foot adjustment, Zero Gravity, massage, memory positions, USB charging, and under-bed lighting, the Sven & Son Harmony Adjustable Bed Base gives you plenty of ways to customize how you relax in bed.
