Description
Enumclaw police are searching for three suspects accused of cutting down two city cameras early Saturday and fleeing in a white cargo van.
The incident happened at about 12:55 a.m. today on Porter Way, where three suspects traveling in an early-2000s white, short-body cargo van cut down two automated license plate recognition cameras, the Enumclaw Police Department said.
The suspects damaged the cameras and left the equipment at the scene before leaving the area, according to police.
Investigators recovered surveillance footage of the individuals and their vehicle, and the suspects also “left behind evidence,” police said.
The department’s evidence technician recovered soil impression evidence and an additional item that may contain fingerprints or DNA.
