Sometimes you've just got to shoot the classics while visiting Iceland. I tried to be snobby about shooting Skógafoss I really did, but it was just too beautiful to pass up.
At least I tried something a little bit different with the 55m prime and then the telephoto.
After refreshments of the microwaved kind we go exploring in the highlands of Iceland with no other soul in sight. At first I'm pretty gung-ho about getting in this massive slot canyon but with every corner it gets sketchier and sketchier. One mistake and it's game over!
We even manage to squeeze in a visit to Þakgil which has quickly become my most beloved part of Iceland but I don't even bother to get my camera out.
