If you go into the woods today to enjoy some landscape photography you'd better be prepared. I wasn't.
After Hasselblad approached me to help them launch their new Phocus Mobile app I struggled to find a use for it until I had a genius idea. This app saved me from the horrors of the forest.
Like a coward, I'm able to teach my landscape photography client Ray from the comfort of his air-conditioned truck while he suffers the onslaught of the blood suckers from hell. I didn't get bitten once.
After that nightmare we enjoy some burgers and cakes and things get much better with some posh coffees.
We then visit one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Nova Scotia that almost has me convinced I'm still on Vancouver Island.
I try to make some quick cash by renting out my lens cloth but Ray offers measly Canadian dollars so I turn him down. Once it gets wet however I reduce my price and my currency but he's saying no deal.
Does Ray love slug-gobbling and what's my face like? How many times can I steal Rays shot and what does he think about the fragrance of my boots in his truck?
There's really only one way to find out.
