My obsession with landscape photography takes me to some strange places but Goblin Valley is among the strangest.
If it wasn't for the fact that I'm able to breathe oxygen, I'd be convinced I was visiting an alien planet. This is everything I look for in a landscape.
Thomas Heaton tries to spin me a yarn about the Hasselblad X2DII but I know he's full of it. At least Amanda isn't backing him up this time.
We arrive nice and early for a sunrise shoot and even though the campground was brimmed we don't spot any other landscape photographers. We have this entire photographers playground to ourselves and it is WORLD CLASS!
I'm still experimenting with black and white landscape photography so I'll be interested to hear your thoughts on which versions are best. I know which one I prefer.
Will I be able to find my compositions from yesterday or will Tom's treachery ruin my shoot?
Will the sky erupt and should I listen to my drones warnings about dead batteries?
There's really only one way to find out.
