RULES:
The rules are the same as regular Uno, except for these changes. This game is designed to be played with 6 to 20 players in a tournament, or more if you add other uno decks. Divide the players into two even groups, with at least 3 players at each table, each table having its own uno deck. Set out the trophy. Shuffle the special rules deck and set it facedown on the table. Flip over the top 2 special rules, these cards dictate temporary rules all tables must follow during this game. The special rules cards are:

• Trade up 1’s. When you play a 1 number card, you may take a card at random, without peeking, from another player’s hand then give them a card of your choice from your hand.
• Deuces wild. All 2 number cards are wild cards. You may play them on anything and pick the color that continues play.
• Smack down sixes. When you play a 6 number card, all players, including you, must quickly slap a hand on the table. The last player to slap must draw 1 card as a penalty.
• Swap Hands Sevens. When you play a 7 number card, swap hands with the player of your choice. If you now have one card, remember to say uno.
• Reverse plus one. When you play a reverse card, in addition to changing the direction of play, the next player draws 1 card, but they do not lose their turn.
• Double skip. When you play a skip, the next 2 players are skipped.
• Draw 2 plus. When you play a draw, the next player draws 3 cards and loses their turn.
• Draw 4 split. When you play a wild draw 4, instead of making the next player draw 4 cards, target any player to draw 4 cards, or target 2 different players to each draw 2. Play continues with the next player and no turns are lost.

At each table, the first person to play all their cards goes out and round ends. Rank each player based on how few cards they have in their hand, with fewer equaling a higher rank. The player who went out is rank 1. The player with the fewest cards is rank 2, the next fewest is rank 3, and so on. If players tie, then they share the rank, however the players beyond them do not upgrade their rank. For example, if 2 players tie for rank 3, then rank 4 will be skipped and the next player will be rank 5.

Once everyone has their rank, record the number on the leaderboard. Discard the special rule cards and play another round. Then repeat this process 1 additional time, filling in the 3rd round leaderboards. After round 3, tally everyone's scores and the 2 players with the lowest scores from each table advance to the final round. If it is a tie, then look at the round three scores and the lower number breaks the tie. Still a tie, look at round 2, then round 1.

Still a tie, then the tied players flip over cards until they get a number and the lower number wins. Redo on a tie.

The 4 finalists play one final round, with 2 new special rule cards. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins and is the Uno champion and awarded the trophy.
