RULES:
The object of the game is to collect the most snowflakes. Set out the snowflake tokens and timer. Shuffle the trigger cards and word cards separately and place them in 2 separate facedown files. Deal each player 2 trigger cards. The youngest player goes first, then play proceeds clockwise.

On your turn, you are the Describer and draw the top word card. The player to your left is the guesser and flips the timer. You now have one minute to try to get the guesser to say as many words or phrases from the word card as possible by describing the words or phrases on the card.

You are not allowed to: say any of the words , say parts of words, use a different tense of the word; use “rhymes with” or “sounds like”; use common abbreviations; translate words to other languages; spell out words, use sign language; or any other sort of blatant cheating.

While the describer and guesser are guessing words, everyone else, who are the offended, can score snowflakes by pointing out offensives the describer makes whenever they do or say something on any offended’s trigger cards. That offended yells “That’s offensive!”, reads their trigger card then collects 1 snowflake.

After an offense, the describer and guesser are not allowed to continue on their current word on the card, even if they figure it out corectly. Offenses may only be called while the timer is running. Only the describer can trigger offenses. The describer and guesser may not call out their own offenses from their trigger cards. When an offence happens, the offended have until the describer starts describing a new word to call out their offense.

When you complete all the words, or when the timer runs out, your turn ends. You and the guesser score 1 snowflake for each correctly guessed word or phrase on the card. You score zero for each word where you were offensive. Discard the word card and the next player clockwise goes. Repeat this process until everyone has been the describer once, then everyone discards 1 of their trigger cards and draws a replacement. Then play another round, after which the game ends and the player with the most snowflakes, wins!
