RULES:
The object of the game is to be the first player to discard all 6 of the cards in your hand.
Shuffle the bad santa cards and deal 6 to each player. The remaining cards are placed facedown to form the bad santa deck. The youngest player goes first, then play proceeds clockwise.
On your turn, you may either play one card from your hand or discard any unwanted cards to draw an equal number of replacements. When you play a question card, pick another player to ask the question. If they answer “no” then you discard the card and draw a replacement. If they answer “yes”, then discard the question but do not draw a replacement. Players may only answer yes or no and they must answer honestly.
When you have one card remaining in your hand, you must declare it to the group. If you don’t by the time your turn ends and another player catches you, you must draw one penalty card. Some cards aren’t questions but special abilities. Each card says what it does. After playing any card your turn ends and the next player goes. Repeat this process until one player discards all their cards, then they are the winner.
