There is no talking in this video, so you can watch it with the sound off. Tie the waist belt with a double knot. Put the straps straight over your shoulders. Slide the baby in with the panel up and pull tight. Cross under the bum and finish with a double knot at the back if the tails are long, or in the front. The headrest can give some extra support.
No voice means no spoken safety check, so here it is: face clear, snug, knees up.
