The one thing that makes all the difference with a stretchy wrap like the Coracor: tie it tight. Really tight. The fabric stretches, so if it feels snug before baby goes in, it'll be just right once they're in. Tie it loose and baby will sink. So prepare it tighter than feels logical.
In this video: finding the middle marker, the first passes, tying it tight, crossing and tying off, adding baby, spreading the three layers with neat shoulder flips, and the final position checks.
