Description
A rucksack back carry with a second layer added, so it holds a leaner far better than a plain ruck. One strap is spread wide, the other bunched over both legs, finished with a simple double knot in front.

It’s an intermediate back carry, uses a short wrap (base-2), and it’s quick, thanks to the double knot in front. Lovely for toddlers.

✅ Always check: close enough to kiss, chin off the chest, face in view, knees higher than the bum, back supported.
