ACTION comes first!
Don’t just sit and wait for motivation and wonder why you’re not feeling motivated.
Taking action drives motivation for more! It actually organically becomes inspiration which leads to an unstoppable force and the building of sustainable long term habits.
Have you ever done a workout and suddenly you want to eat healthier?
Have you ever woken up early and done lots of things and feel super productive and wonder what else you can achieve in the day in other areas of your life?
Yes!
This is becomes action creates motivation.
“But Alex, I need to be motivated to take action!!!”
I know, I know 🤣 catch 22.
So, take a SMALL ACTION.
Even small actions have the power to create motivation.
Choose something small enough that you have no barrier to doing it and it feels achievable and realistic. Maybe that’s a walk? Maybe that’s a stretch? Maybe that hoovering the house or eating an apple!
