We’re in a snacking crisis!

Snacking is NOT THE PROBLEM! 😜

It’s what you’re snacking on!

The market has absolutely exploded with infinite options of packaged, processed foods of convenience in every shop we walk into.

It’s become the norm to snack on protein bars, cereal bars, croissants, pastries etc. etc.

And you know me, I’m not one to demonise foods - I enjoy them too sometimes ☺️ and when it’s a small part of your overall diet it has a minimal effect.

But when I go through a period of prioritising REAL food over processed food, I instantly notice the difference.

My energy goes up.
My body fat comes down.
My digestion improves.
My satiety improves.
My connection to my body and the Earth improves.

🍏🍋🍇🍒🥥🥑🍎🍋‍🟩🍓🍑🥝🫛🥒🥕🌶️🫑🥦🍅🥭🫐🍌🍐🍊🍉🍈🍍🍆

It’s funny what happens when we increase our fiber, hydration from structured water, vitamins & minerals and decrease our calories - all whilst reducing our processed sugar, fillers, artificial sweeteners and additives…. 😬

I know you’re thinking that fruit has sugar too. Yes it does, but it’s not the same! DO NOT FEAR it! Just eat in abundance!

The market doesn’t want you to snack on fruit because it doesn’t make the big corporations and companies any money. Every day there seems to be a new brand selling something, right? With the latest trend - low sugar? High protein? High fiber? I’m not hating on them, some of them have great intentions.

And it also makes you healthier, which is the most powerful way to start breaking the chains from the system… (big junk, big sugar, big pharma 🤫) they don’t want you to become more independent like this.

It’s not about convenience or cost, it’s just a habit.

Actually, snacking on plants is more convenient and can be more cost affective if done right 😄
