Description
Recipe:
-Soak wooden skewers in water so they don’t burn.
-Mix ground chicken with pepper jack cheese, chicken rub, and hot sauce.
-Press 1.5 cups of the chicken mixture onto large tortillas.
-Roll them up, cut into pinwheels, then skewer them.
-Grill over medium high heat, flipping and brushing with buffalo sauce often until hitting an internal temp of 165F.
-Drizzle with ranch, more buffalo sauce, and blue cheese crumbles.
