Description
Recipe:
-Cut kielbasa into 1 inch coins and wrap in a thick cut 1/2 slice of bacon.
-Secure with a toothpick and fill with the filling.
-Make filling by mixing shredded pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, jalapeño peppers, chopped bacon, and BBQ rub.
-Top with a fresh cut jalapeño slice and grill indirect at 325F for around 45 minutes.
-As they cool, drizzle with grape jelly, and enjoy.
