Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp on the Pellet Grill

Recipe:
-Prep the shrimp with olive oil, cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
-In a skillet add 2 sticks butter, 4 cloves garlic minced, red pepper flakes, zest from 1 lemon, cajun seasoning, green onions, and parsley.
-Put the shrimp on skewers then place on grill at 400F for 14 minutes, flipping halfway, and add 2 more sticks of butter to melt into the sauce.
-Slide the shrimp off the skewers onto a bed of corn, pour the butter sauce all over, then top with parmesan cheese and parsley then enjoy!
