The familiar Operation Platinum Fox are still on the run, where the German-Finnish lines along the Litsa river are relatively calm, but nonetheless, facing particular challenges against the Soviet forces of early-mid July 1941. However, there's no significant evidence of military activities/practices such as shooting ranges during the Arctic offensive. A more "permanent" type of shooting ranges existed in the Wünsdorf base, though that might be a story for another time.
For additional "easter egg" footnote, it plays a loose reference to notable snipers of accurate and deadly records during the WWII period, as 1.) Matthäus Hetzenauer was a renowned Austrian sniper within the German army, the infamous 2.) Simo Häyhä partaking in the Winter War long before the 1941 Arctic offensive occured, and 3.) Lyudmila Pavlichenko or widely known as "Lady Death" of the Soviet army.
