A retired SP told the Raptadu debate that school CCTV monitoring matters more than cameras alone, that watchmen must check anyone carrying tools into classrooms, and that police patrolling is needed when schools open and close. He called for a 60-day investigation, day-by-day trials and strict action under the law, saying offenders who walk out on bail lose all fear.
