అనంతపురం జిల్లా రాప్తాడులో బయటి వ్యక్తి తరగతి గదిలోకి చొరబడ్డాడు. హర్యానాలోని పంచకులలో ఓ పాఠశాల చిన్నారిపై దాడి వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది. బడి భద్రత అంటే గేటుకు తాళం వేయడం మాత్రమే కాదని, పిల్లలు ఏం చూస్తున్నారు, ఏం నేర్చుకుంటున్నారు, వారి కోపం, భయాన్ని గమనిస్తున్నామా అని బిగ్ న్యూస్ ప్రశ్నించింది. మార్కులు, ర్యాంకులతో పాటు కోపాన్ని అదుపు చేసుకోవడం, మరో మనిషి బాధను అర్థం చేసుకోవడం నేర్పుతున్నామా అని అడిగింది. ప్రతి పాఠశాలలో బయటి వ్యక్తుల ప్రవేశానికి నియంత్రణ, బెదిరింపులకు గురైన పిల్లలు చెప్పుకునే వ్యవస్థ, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ప్రమాద సంకేతాలు గుర్తించే శిక్షణ ఉండాలని, పిల్లల భద్రత అదృష్టం మీద కాదు, వ్యవస్థ మీద ఆధారపడాలని స్పష్టం చేసింది.

Schools need emotional safety along with physical security, control over who enters, someone a threatened child can tell, and teachers trained to spot danger signs.
