In the morning, in the afternoon, or whenever you need it!
Using our breath and moving our body, we can re-energise our system rather than relying on external things like caffeine & sugar.
A few things I’d like you to focus on to get started:
- Focus on the breath as this is a key aspect of these exercises.
- Relax the body and try to release tension in areas you may be holding on to, usually shoulders or jaw for example.
- Start to become aware of your communication you have with your body (listen to your body).
Extra bonus points if you can on this barefoot on the earth - for grounding benefits! 🌍
