Description
This compilation of GoPro footage spanning 2025-2026 shows an Australian volunteer's perspective in the fighting for Stepnohirsk, in Zaporizhzhia. Australian support for the Ukrainian cause has been historically fairly high since the outset of hostilities- although Australia maintains a Do Not Travel advisory regarding Ukraine, and the particular legal outlooks of each volunteer may vary, the country does not officially condemn serving in a foreign military as illegal. To date, over a dozen Australians have given their lives in Ukraine, whether in frontline combat like that which is shown here, or in support roles and delivering supplies to civilians.
