The 2027 C-Class combines OpenAI, Microsoft, and Google AI models for various infotainment processes. Mercedes boasts that “MBUX Virtual Assistant can also identify suitable music and podcast content from the conversational context,” an open acknowledgement of that extra ear inside the car.
