I went out on the electric scooter for what should have been a simple mission: buy an earth bonding rod and earth wire for the solar setup, then maybe find a machete at the market.
Of course, this is Thailand… so the trip turned into a visit to my favourite shop, Mr. DIY, a stop at Home Pro, a look around a deserted abandoned restaurant, a failed machete hunt, and a few reminders of why you really need your eyes open on Thai roads.
Along the way I talk about solar earthing, electric shocks, life with Bud, Thai relationships, road awareness, and why even the little things can mean a lot when you’re living here.
