Description
Which companion should you pick in Echoes of Central Park? Brayleigh, Elwood and Morse explained: what each signature ability does, all their talents, how you unlock them, and which one I'd take for solo, sniper builds and damage.
Quick reference:
• Pick your companion at The Tower and swap whenever you're out of combat. Signature ability: X on PC.
• Talents unlock by playing with that companion: a main mission, a Control Point, a Cleaner or Black Tusk activity and their own world mission.
• You have to equip the talents yourself, 3 of 4. If you don't, you get none of the bonuses.
• Every companion can revive you, so you can drop Revive Hive for something like Leech Hive.
• Morse – Breach Shot: grenade airburst that staggers and shreds everything within 3 m (4 m and 2 rounds at level 2).
• Brayleigh – Deadeye: one .50 cal precision shot, 190% weapon damage at level 1, 350% at level 2. Synchronized Kill: kill her marked target for +20% damage on your next target.
• Elwood – Support Station: heals 15% of your armor over 15 seconds. Second Wind: when he revives you, +50% damage and +20% movement speed for 10 seconds.
