Description
Echoes of Central Park brings new skill variants, and I've been running three of them. Leech Hive basically keeps you alive on its own, one is a really strong opener (campaign reward, spoiler below), and Corrosive Trap... honestly, kind of meh on my build. First impressions on skill tier 0, so these numbers only go up.
Quick reference:
• The new skill variants drop from the monsters in Central Park. One is the reward for finishing the campaign. They work everywhere in the game, not just in the park.
• Leech Hive: fires darts at nearby enemies and 80% of the dart damage comes back to you as armor while you stay inside the radius. 12 m radius, 5 charges, 12 s refill. On tier 0 one hive did ~400,000 damage = 300,000+ armor back.
• Corrosive Trap: proximity mine that bursts into a corrosive cloud and strips armor while enemies stand in it. Hard to trigger on tier 0, scales hard with skill tier.

• Howl Pulse: highlights every enemy in a 20 m radius. Human enemies out of cover get shocked and take armor damage (~240,000 on tier 0), with a chance to instantly eliminate weakened normal enemies. 45 s cooldown.
