Each rep, on the way up, focus on your pinky toe as the pushoff, this puts the focus on that region I point at and flex as hard as you can.
This can be done on a platform for more range of motion.
You will need to really focus on it as your 1st few toes will naturally want to take over.
Again, this can be done doing all calf exercises.
Lastly, the bigger your calves get and the leaner your body becomes, the more pronounced your cuts are and the more vascularity you will see. We all have it, you just have to eat right to get lean enough. No more garbage food and drinks..
