💥Kneeling Double and Single Leg Calf Raises
This is one of my go-to exercises to finish out my calf routine.
Before you going trashing this exercise. TRY IT. I originally saw Lee Priest do it and was blown away by how effective it was. Foot placement will determine the stretch.
This exercise can be done multiple ways. 🔹️Double Leg, 🔹️Single Leg, and 🔹️All Foot Angles.
👉You can add weight to both variations with a weighted vest or dumbbells
As you can see in the video, the foot placement is important. The foot is far enough back that I am able to sit back on them, and the knee is further forward than the foot for a full stretch and contraction. You can hold on to something if needed for balance.
💥 WORKOUT
I do around 25-50 reps x 3 to 5 sets of each. Go slow and controlled
