And I'm not talking high body fat arms and calves.. I'm talking ripped 🤯
19" Calves/Arms- Building A Champion Level Body. ( I am 6 feet, 210-230lbs year round)
Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, make it your top goal to have a balanced physique.
I don't care where you are genetically. If you work hard enough and are consistent/ patient, you can achieve the body you desire, and at the top of the list should be balanced..
➡️ THE PROCESS
I have spent the last 27 years (longer than many of you have been alive) working on building a head to toe balanced physique.
At 18, my goal was to be one of the guys I saw on fitness magazines. Many years later, I would become that. A balanced head to toe physique was how I trained. It is too often you see guys that are top heavy, then they blame their small calves on genetics.
Nah.. they are just not willing to do what is required to grow them.
✅️ Genetics play a part in things like muscle length, insertions, and overall top potential but do not play a part in them growing and building them bigger.
If you have small calves, be prepared for serious work and time.
DAY IN DAY OUT
You build a schedule that leads you to success. I wake up at 330am everyday, go to bed at 830pm. I eat very healthy, and I workout out 2 to 3 hours a day, 7 days a week. I don't drink alcohol and very rarely sugar.
🔥Live Like That And See What Happens
Still, to this day, I am working on building myself up, not to get bigger, but to get better. Making what I have the best it can be. To wake up daily and feel my best and to internally have amazing health. To continue to be very athletic for running, hiking mountains, and jumping as well as playing a sport I desire.
GO FOR IT
